So Allan Smith lives in Dallas too apparently with Lisa Gatsby because I got the same message today that Allan Smith works with the Dallas County Clerk of Courts and Investigator Lisa Smith was going to pursue a warrant for my arrest by 4:00 today unless I call her back. Well guess what you worthless piece of human space, no one at the Dallas Clerk's office knows either one. Believe me if you have a warrant, no one is going to make a courtesy call to let you know. Idiot. Stop wasting people's time!!
A person from this number called me and said they were putting a warrant out for my arrest at 4:00 p.m. today, Allan Smith, Collin County Corporal Court. Said to contact Lisa Gatsby, the investigator to interrupt this legal action by 4:00 today. I called the Collin County Office, they said they wouldn't call you to tell you they are putting a warrant out for your arrest, they would just do it. They couldn't confirm, the name of Allan Smith or Lisa Gatsby at the location.
Omfg! I got the exact same call today, only he said he was Alan smith from Las Vegas district court and to contact investigator lisa gatsby with an Illinois phone number which is 708-247-1776. I called and Lisa was "in court all day " then he said they were going to issue a hot check against me today at 2pm. So I call las vegas court and my name is not on the docket today or any other day. I've been freaking out all morning. They said I was going to have a warrant and will be arrested. They had to of call spoofed las vegas court number because that's how the call showed up on my caller ID. It was the court number and it said Clark County Court. Also when I called the 'investigators' the guy I spoke with then told me he was the attorney for ace cash payday loan. I Google search the number and it doesn't show as an attorney. It actually came up in a Dating site. So I've been terrified, confused, and freaking up until I saw this. It has to be the new scam. I at first thought number 1 I never heard of the court calling to warn you that they are going to issue a warrant for your arrest and number 2 it changed from investigators to attorneys. Thank you for posting this because I was about to lose my ever loving mind.

That's funny, I received the same call but they work with Dallas County Clerk of Courts. Busy people huh working for so many different counties. Dallas county also didn't have anyone by those names.
