We were getting these calls, and told them three times we were not interested and to remove the church's number from their list. Finally, my parish administrator had had enough and answered "County morgue; pick up or drop off?" LOL! They haven't called back.
They called asking for the Pastor. I said she wasn't in and they replied they will call back later. We are on a no call list and this is a telemarketer call.
I agree they do keep calling often, but one thing is forgotten if we agree to videos etc for the church we have to pay a license fee to show them :( everybody reaches into our pockets.
I've gotten three calls from this number today, 972-560-4300. They say they are from Right Now Ministries. They hung up the first two times they called. They seem to call every week and want to talk to the pastor. I'm wondering if it is a generic phone line used by a bunch of different solicitors.
Several different people have called the church office from Right Now Ministries. After checking and double-checking with the pastor, I requested they don't call anymore. One fellow, named Lonnie, called back anyway. I forwarded his call to the pastor (with his permission) who told him what I had told him the previous week. Lonnie replied that he had to hear it from the pastor and not the secretary. This morning I got another call from them, after a few months of respite.
