I just got the same call today and when i called back it was someone with the last name tracey.. when i said i had a missed call from rhis number she said "hold please" and i was on hold for at least 10 minutes.. no one ever answered and it was playing 94.9 station with christmas music. I eventually hung up..
When I answered, I was told to wait and they'd get right back with me (put me on hold?!). Rosa Parker was calling for my wife for "personal business". No company name or any other information.
Been getting calls from this number a couple times a week for months, they never leave a message. I blocked the number after reading everyone else's comments. Thanks everyone.
