Yes you are right I also got the same call and the lady was saying that I had apply for some vacation and she is calling form Global vacation and she was so rude and arrogant lady I have ever talk. she said that I had enter some vacation at some commercial place and at Easter time. Really this kind of scam phones should be block.
Hello, I just received a call from this number. He claims that last Easter, I filled out a survey in a shopping mall or grocery store to win a vacation. I mentioned that I did not do this and he has the wrong number. He continued to say that I won and to claim the vacation package. I asked what store it came from, what name was on the application and about my contact information. He said that his manager has the information and could not provide this. Then he gave the incorrect marital status and again I told him he had the wrong person. Then he said to check my email and told me to have a nice day and hung up. Definitely a scammer trying to get information so please watch out!
Man with strong Indian accent named David called saying I had filled out an application said he was from Global vacations, he said I won a vacation. When I asked him when was this sent, ( seeing as our family hasn't been on vacation out of state) he he hung up on me.
Just received a call from this number around 9am. I usually have my phone on silent and miss spam calls, however I happened to be on my phone and answered just for fun. I said hello and it was really hard to understand him, the only thing I could really make of it was that he was talking about a mall and something about how it had to be me and "don't you remember" he was talking really fast. I had to basically wisper since my roomate is still asleep but I told him he had the wrong number and he said a few more things that I couldn't make out and hung up. I guess if your reading this you probably picked up the phone too, but if you didn't DONT CALL BACK. doesn't seem like they are outright asking for information, it may be a callback scam of some sort, even though most have said the line rings back disconnected... who knows but people are sneaky better safe than sorry!
