When they called they asked me if I was xxxxx.  I asked them who is this without responding to the question. I asked 2 more times and then I could hear a bunch of punk telemarketing in background.  Sounded like a bunch of stoned idiots working for a telemarketing firm to get business.  Kids with no brains.

Said she is Charter. I told her I don't do anything over the phone... send in mail.

same number has called me repeatedly over the last two weeks, but leaves no message.  I'm assuming it's Charter calling yet AGAIN, even though I've asked to be removed from their list in the past.  They just change the number they're calling from.

They work for ''Charter Communications'', internet, tv & phone provider in my area.

They called many times and I don't pick up the phone. All of the above comments are very useful and appreciated.
