I have no idea why anyone would elect to use some roofer who calls out of the blue! There are many reputable companies available that you can research should you need that service. I would simply NOT use anyone who calls unsolicited. Roofer, car warranty (!), pest control, etc. Why don't hairdressers call randomly??? Or doctors????
This is one of those annoying roofers offering a free inspection. I learned they pay people to sit at home and book calls for $10 each confirmed appointment that ends up with a new roofing contract. Not much pay which explains how annoying they are. Also call from 972-598-9035.
