Got a call afew minutes, I did not answer, the person calling left no message.

The person that called was a roofer.  With the major hail storm this week, these predators are on the hunt.  Additionally, they called on my cell and knew our name.  What is bothersome is that we are on the do not call list and how did he get our cell phone number?
