Keeps calling and hanging up both on machine and on myself. Tried to call the # back and says it's not a working # and to check the area code and try again. Very Annoying!!!!
I got a call few days ago. A spanish accent with very poor english wanted to know if we owned a chevy whose warranty expired. He said he was calling from california but I think he is calling from another country using spoofed caller id. I told him it is illegal to show wrong caller id. He said it is for quality purpose. Scammer. I called back this number and it is a disconnected number. This days it is easy to show one caller id and be actually be calling from another phone number. Congress made this illegal. But the scammers don't care. Be ware! These scammers are upto no good. They are involved in Green Dot money pak scams.
I called the number back. Answered by lady with very limited English. ..Spanish accent I think......Real Estate Registration Service I think she said...telemarketer?
