Citi-Mortgage does nothing but harass people constantly! If you are due the 1st and you call them ahead of time to let them know it will be made on the 15th, even though it's well within your "grace" period, they still call and harass you practically every single day! I've had them for 13 yrs and would love to go elsewhere but at this moment am stuck with these inconsiderate, rude and hateful people!
These people keep blowing up our computer/home phone from 7 am till 9 pm six days a week. We don't have an account or mortgage with them. We are not affiliated with them in any way, shape, fashion, or form. This is a PRIVATE UNLISTED number! This is BS!!!!!!!!!
They keep calling me asking for some other guy. It's not even the right number besides area code, and I've had the same cell number for 10 years! I had to demand they stop calling me and verify they weren't calling the person they were trying to reach! RIDICULOUS.
