Calls and wastes 4 seconds on my answering machine.  Calls 4 times today (so far).  All the hallmarks of spammer.

Health Insurance Services, have you talked to us before?
That's all I heard when called back w *67. It is a Call Center.

answered and nothing, no voice on other end

Caller ask question to get you to say yes, then they hang up.  They are recording and trying to use your voice to scam.
