Regulars see when posts are made old posts inside of threads. And we notice when a post that has been quiet since 2013 goes active. Both events are of interest. In the best case, this whole post has feels like a "yes it happened / no it didn't". It could also be a vendetta post. I will notify admin and let them decide.

imho - This is not a scam in the usual sense. If the allegations are just and warranted, this is a matter for local law enforcement./local DA office to look into. The phone activities are limited, and may or may not be part of more serious matters. This forum is not a court of opinions for matters that should be dealt with locally.
Vendettas here are problematic and can work against legal proceedings on the grounds of unfair influence. Be Smart, do it Right.
To be honest....I'm one of those three kids. He has been trying to contact him. I googled his name and ran across this site and all these posts---some knowing a lot about his past. I guess I just needed to vent or to try to set some of the story straight by stating facts. Sorry....
