Called my cell, I don't answer unknown numbers, they didn't leave a message. I receive calls from the same area code and prefix almost every day, only thing that changes is the last 4 numbers.

I get the same calls. Last 4 digits change. It is a roofing company. They spoof the caller ID. I would love to catch these criminals. It illegal to spoof ID's.
