Damn [***] robo caller to appear like it is a human.  Then transferred to a live person about home security.  I asked him why he was calling,, he went off on some BS about home security.  I told him to let me rephrase the question.  Asked him why he was in violation of the federal law.

Chicken caller has unidentified number. Must be a scammer
I do not answer robocalls

Caller id says Texas. Probable telemarketer.  I am on the do not call list. Why do I get these calls?

I missed the call - I called them back and it sounds like they never paid their phone bill.  "The caller cannot acccept calls at this time"

left no message but identified as from allen, tx
