Another parasitic loser scammer.  Left a partial message.  Voice and message sounds like the latest credit card scam we have been getting a lot of calls about.  Government going to force credit card companies to double minimum payments.  We're lucky because this outfit can offer us 0% on all our credit cards.  No doubt after they have run up all the charges they can.
