Who falls for these scams? Obviously someone is dumb enough or they would stop trying.

Here is my counter attack concept since the gov DNC is a no good douchbag operation (They probably dish out lists with number not to call.... DUH!):
When they call get be as politely rude as you can or call back and be as insulting as possible
They likely put you number on their "DNC" list.
Here's one: (if its a guy)
"You know that sounds very interesting! I learned today that your mother is actually a [***] who shat out a cripple like you because she could do the recommended abortion! But I have a man waiting outside for you who can take care of you. He's got a rifle and I think he was a former marine sniper, he's really good! ....and so on."
Same when you them back call back just be one friendly MF SOB yourself in a very calm firm tone!
Just picked up a robo call telling me stop what I'm doing as they can put $10,000 a month in my pocket.
Do they really think people are stupid enough to fall for:
1. Robo calls which are illegal
2. Listen to some rude robo message.
3. Actually do business with a company that doesn't leave a message or have the ethics to not use illegal forms of contact.
I'm on the DNC list and they are now on my blocked caller list.
Recorded message saying they can put 10k in my pocket every month. Definatly a scam of some sort. Unfortunately with my line of work I have to answer all sorts of random phone numbers, fortunately I can block numbers from my cell.
