CONNS is a rediculous company! I got some stuff from them and had a problem with the items. My bed came apart in less than 6 months. They sent someone out at an unfavorable time that didn't work out. They promised to reschedule; when it was time to reschedule the same week, they said I didn't have warranty. I refused to continue payments until they can fix my bed and replace my magic TV remote. They refused and gave me two options, to either resume payments or return the merchandise. I chose the latter and they rejected; now they keep calling from this number, but when I answer, it's only silence.
I have an account with Conn's it is not past due, it is not late and I have asked them not to call me, but they continue to call, each time they apolize and continue to call, it started with them supposely making a mistake on the original contract and had me to come back to the store to redo the contract because they had misplaced or distroyed the original contract by mistake, so now they have two contracts in the system for the same items, they always say they are going to get it removed from the dialer and yet they continue to call
They have called my prepaid cell number that I have had for nine years every other day. From these numbers 972-755-1085. 972-755-1060 and this number.
I need a new kitchen major applicances, but I won't be shopping at Conns after reading about all their harassment.. I was in one of their stores only once when they first opened in this area. At that time their prices were not competitive and I made my purchase elsewhere.
