Got call from this number - did not answer - the caller left no message.
Called number back immediately and got a recording 'the number you are calling has been disconnected and is no longer in service' REALLY - This is the classic scammer methodology - hack in a phony phone number so you can not trace the call back to anyone. My message - if you do not know the caller or they do not leave a message - do not answer and get an aggravation that will not end!
