On my caller ID a number appeared 972-773-4301 Fannie Mae.When I called the number it said your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and call again. I've been looking for a home modification loan and don't understand why the call won't go thru. Is this fraud?
I got a call from this phone number and the individual identified himself as a representative of the Hamp solution center - yeah right. Fannie Mae and Chase have been running me around in circles for eleven months on a loan modification which they have done everything to block. I think it is time to start over with new government. The current Government only represents those who are wealthy enough to have an attorney.
I rcvd a call from 972-773-4301 after I emailed the White House about WFHM giving me the run around regarding my loan modification. I am so feed up with them I can just scream. I emailed and wrote compliant letters to everyone I could think of. I am very surprised that someone actually read my email to the White House...WOW! A man by the name of Daniel called and said he was from Fannie Mae that they rcvd my complaint and will send a letter to my lender (WFHM) & that they have 5 days to respond. I sent complaint emails to the US Attorney General (and received an email from her ofc), to Senator Barbara Boxer, to the US Comptroller agency (rcvd a ltr tht they are not over WFB, however, they hv fwd my complaint to the proper agncy), to 7on your side, BBB (I have been assigned a cntc person, since WFHM rcvd my complaint in there Corp Ofc), I emailed the State of Ca, the Shareholders board of WFB (and rcvd a call the nxt day from there Corp ofc). People we do have a voice and deserve to be heard and treated fairly & with respect. I only wanted WFHM to assist me with keeping my home & making my payments affordable. No one there wanted to assist me(do there job). So, I did what we ALL should do when we dont get the assist we NEED & DESERVE! Don't take there CRAP, FIGHT BACK!!!!
