What keeps these scammers, mostly from India or Pakistan, running the IRS scam is it is so profitable because Americans are too trusting and law abiding. Those filthy maggots should be prosecuted by their own government, more action should be taken by our government to make it happen, and the Basturds ought to be made to suffer as much as those whom they have made hardships for.
Caller said he was from the IRS, and that I had a claim against me, and that I had to call him back before it went to federal court or be arrested.

I got call from 202-239-5555 too, same BS. They even threaten me that if I go to the court, they will arrest me right away blah blah blah.
I requested a verification of himself. The guy called from 972-793-7169 claimed his name is Mike Watson, and his Employee ID is RR6696. He asked me to call 347-565-6623 to verify him. Of course that number is a scame too. Hahahaha!!!! Stupid scammer.
