Who called from 9728059645

They called twice today.  First time I didn't answer and the second time my husband answered and they didn't say anything.

caller id says SOTX   -won't leave message. my hubby asnswered once adn they wanted to talk with me and would not leave  a  message with him

These calls are from the TX Fraternal Order of Police.  They're solicitation calls.  I've gotten them at least three times every day for the past two months.  What gets me is that when I listened to the spiel the first time and said I wasn't interested, I was told they're only allowed to call ONCE.  Talk about a lie!

We get these calls about 3 times per month.  Can not get them to stop.
