Message left on my phone regarding a legal issue, to the point that a grand jury is involved. I called back, I was told that I owe the IRS money. I spoke with John Williams ( with a accent) he said that I owe money and if I had a criminal lawyer. Told him that this was the first time I ever heard of this, and that I haven't received any letters from the IRS. Told him that the IRS will send a letter to the person that owes them money first and then they will take legal action, Mr. Williams then hung up !!!!! It's a scam!!!!! I hope they get busted, and they will be the ones who will need a Criminal Lawyer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Message left on my home phone answering machine - foreign accent, muffled and hard to understand what the message said. From the little I could make out, it sounded like they were saying I had to call back or risk legal issues, grand jury?? Hung up before they even finished talking.
Damn i was on the phone with this boy for over 40 min thinking it was real, he even went to the point of calling turbo tax saying they [***] up my taxes. watch out he was even able to pull up my taxes using the tax form id number.
