I didn't receive a call from them but they deducted money from my account, and I got their number from my bank. But when I called there was no live person, just a recording requesting an account number. I don;t know who this is, but its a rip-off.
same thing happened, they took $10.45 n i recently changed my debit card and only used it 3 times for "Shop MBC & Home shopping network, and QVC and JPAY to send money to my son in prison.
paid all thru the phone, not online.
has any body bought anything from these places?

Well, it's 2014 and it seems they are still around. Just had $11.28 deducted from my account and just shows DECON TX. Calling the bank shortly to notify them of fraudulent activity.
I have just recently had same thing happen 2/12/15. Debit card charge for $12.XX against my checking account. I NEVER use the debit card for online orders. MC says it was for computer software. Reported as fraud. 972-852-9357 phone # is no longer in service.
