We keep getting calls from this number asking for the owner. When I say he's not it, they hang up mid-sentence. I have gone to the website they say and put us on their "do not call" list many times but it does not work. How do we get rid of these people? I think I should get a bullhorn and blow it in the phone the next time they call.
Got a few calls from this number recently. Since being nice didnt work, I changed tactics. Now I try to keep them on the phone for as long as possible in an attempt to get the person they want on the line. Time is money to them so the more you waste their time the less they make. Put them on hold, type a letter or file something, get back on and tell them it should only be a minute more , if they are still on the line. You will be surprised at how fast you get your number on their no call list. Works like a charm.
