its some kind of collection agency. they call and pretend like its the laws, but in reality its some collection agency and they send these fake papers saying youre gonna go in jail and all that. i hope people realize that collection agencies cannot send you to jail or take anything away from you. all they can do is call and call and harass you into infinity and thats about it, and they know this, but people keep falling for their scams. just know the law and whats real and whats not real, and what they have the actual power to do which is not much at all.
