I receive these unsolicited calls incessantly. I never answer unsolicited calls. Would it help to answer and tell them to remove my number from their calling list?
It almost certainly will not help. They're already doing illegal telemarketing so it's unlikely that polite requests like "take me off your calling list" will have any effect.
