This # calls my business several times a day and no one is on the line. It's just dead air then disconnect.

This is a scam!!  I have reported them to the FCC.  DO not give them your information!  They called several times telling me I owed money to Windstream from a previous address which I never lived at. Windstream said I owe nothing and also said they're company NEVER asks for social security numbers and does not contact customers by phone (only mail). Do not give any info and contact www.consumer.ftc.gov/.../0076-phone-scam to report them.

They seem to have many numbers they are using once you block the number they originally called from... This is annoying

Called but left no message.  Caller ID is "T Plano".
