Called for our business owner. Not in. I took a message asking for specific reason for call. Asked me if I was a part owner. No, I'm receptionist. Said this is confidential for the business owner and hung up on me. Audrey Novak, please learn better phone etiquette, as I pass on messages and your disregard for me leads me to disregard your call. If you're a sales company, you may wanna seek another profession because your attitude makes you suck at your job.
Same here! Asked for owner, said he was out on call and that I could take mess.........before I got message out, the snag hung up on me! I'm in clerical and you can BET that she will not ever get past me to speak with anyone! Rude Snag!
Very plesant message left by Audrey Novak (did not say company name) asking for the owner by name regarding professional services. Looked them up. They are a Mergers & Acquisitions company. So they either have a similar business that they want to sell to me or someone interested in buying my company.
