Olga from All State. Called our office and was very rude on the phone. Asked if our company was a vendor of theirs. I answer the phone at my office so I wouldn't know. She got mad after saying she already asked a rep of ours and he didn't know. I asked for her to hold so I could find out for her. She got mad again and began to chew me out for no reason. I placed her on hold and went to find the manager. He had stepped out. When I got back on the phone, she began to gripe more and was horribly rude. I could barely get a single word in. I politely asked if there was a phone number we could reach her at, she chewed me out more and hung up on me. Don't ever do any business with this one. HORRIBLE human being.
