Scam call violating DNC list rules. The smarty pants on the phone replied "You're the smart one. What are you going to do about it?" Any company that violates DNC is, by default, a scam artist. Reported to DNC for what it is worth, with links to other online complaints about this "company" if they call themselves that.
Calls show to be from both HOLCIM and LAFARGEHOLCIM. I answered once to see what their game is. Gave me some spiel about 'we're the HVAC company for our area.' I hung up. Didn't waste my breath about having them remove my # from their data base.' They've continued to call...for about a year. I don't understand what these guys are trying to do. They annoy the crap out of people & just keep on calling. Are we supposed to give in & suddenly give them our financial data? Good God....IDIOTS!!
I'm not sure if the law makes them scammers by default. It might just be that they can face penalties if they call someone on the DNC list. They however, might be actual scammers or dishonest. In any case, it's very annoying. We get calls from them, and i wish they would stop. I looked up who you report it to and it's the FTC.
