Got the same call. Reluctantly gave me her name as Tina Mendosa.
Said i had a pending lawsuit. When iI ask her position in the company, she said she stated that she was in sales. Different Twist on the old debt collector. Beware

a message was left at our office from Tina asking for someone of authority to call back the same number and quoted a claim number. I can see it is bogus just as comments have been made in reports from several years ago even!
