First call I've rec'd on this new phone - does not give a company name - only gives phone number and state from where called - Texas

Got a call on this phone and they don't give a company name - only gives phone number and state.  I think I've rec'd calls from this number before and they don't leave a message or anything.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer.  If they need for me to call, they can leave a messsge.
