any one getting this?  They hung up- when I answered, It's in my area or I would not have answered.  Unknown number do not get answered.

Received a call but no one answered when I picked up the phone.  I just got a recorded message that said "Good bye."  Added number to my blocked list.

Did not answer. Did not leave voicemail. Robot dialer, most likely. Lookup says it's a VOIP line.
