Who called from 9729885500

I just did. A hang up with no message left. People on other phone number reporting sites say that when they tried to call the number back they got the "not in service" recording so I'll be blocking it.

I got the same thing.  I called the number and it says it is not in service.

CID: Out of Area, but it's my area code. Call automatically blocked as a robo caller.

HVAC services has called me SEVERAL times wanting to come out and inspect my air conditioning. Said they're located in Farmer's Branch, TX. Told them to stop calling me.
