Gotta love the part about the tax savings. In investment speak - that means a loss. Typically a loss of your investment. Nice script, polite sales person - but this is a high risk type investment and the majority will never pay out anything. If they did, you'd never hear from these guys - they'd be too busy putting their own money into the thing.
