Answering machine picked up this call but caller left no message.  Probably a phishing call.

I got a call this morning it was a recorded message from Senator Cornyn's reelection campaign, they actually been calling a lot.

It is from John Cornyn for re-election. First call no message, second call left a message.

Once I picked it up it started dialing a number.  They knew my name and asked if I was interested in a security system.  After I told them I already had one they politely said ok and thanked me for my time.  Then they hung up.
