Anonymous caller id.  Robocall saying "Hi, my name is Dustin, I am a landscaper in your area.  I was driving by your house and wondered if you needed work..."  This scammer has been calling for years.  How does he get an unlisted telephone number driving by my house.  I do not have it posted on a sign in my front yard!  I doubt he is in my area.  I doubt he is a landscaper. I have reported him to the dnclist many times.  I suspect he changes his spoofed numbers often.  Do not answer or answer and let the phony spiel play and waste their time.
