Got a call from this number. He said he was from "Goodwill Vacations" and tried to have me meet with his senior manager. I tried asking for a website to look up, a facebook page, and he kept coming back with that they were down. At one point I even said it was like a scam and he responded saying how he would be doing different things if this were a scam, like he was trying to convince me it was not a scam. I find that evident of a scam.
Called me this AM. Picked up the call but did not immediately answer (yeah, I know, passive aggressive). After I few seconds with no voice I gave in and said "hello". There were a couple of clicks and then I was connected to a person with what I think was Indian/Pakistani accent (certainly not an expert here, but definitely not US Midwestern accent). He asked how I was and when I answered "Busy" he said he'd call back later. In my opinion what is happening is a robo caller set to automatically forward call is a person answers.
Call to my cell-phone evening of 1/24/17 (number is never given out, so all calls should be either known callers or automated calls); no answer. Area code of origin corresponds to no-one I know and no business with which I have dealings. Presumed scam,
Called telling me I had filled out a form and won a trip. Was asking me if I was under 30 years old because I sounded young, and started to ask me if my spouse was over 30. Feeling me out if I had a spouse or not. Hung up and googled this. Creepy scam.
