repeated calls, even after I tell them I'm not interested in their credit card processing.
Called 4 times TODAY, guy just laughed at me when I complained and asked to be taken off the list
Male caller asking if we take credit cards and when I wouldn't answer his question he asked for the owner by name. He was offering merchant services. I told him we aren't interested and he said he will call back later and hung up.
4 times yesterday and so far 4 times today 972-996-2082 has called our business. Lisa from Payment Systems were the 4 calls today (yesterday was a guy). She keeps asking for the owner in regards to our merchant account. When I told her to remove our number and not to call us again she said she isn't calling us to ruin our day or anything. It is ruining our day when these calls come in all day long. I have real physical customers to deal with and have to silence them so I can answer these BS phone calls. Something has to be done about this ongoing violation of the phone system.
Here's what I thought of doing. Keeping a list of phone #'s and companies and when they call, keep the time you waste on them. Then billing them at the end of the month for it. They will throw it away, but sooner or later it will have to go to one of the fabulous collection agencies that have no common sense at all. Just a thought.
Called twice in 3 minutes asking for the owner. Wanted to set up appointments for some credit process thing. Needed to put them on hold but they would not stop talking. Her name was Lashonda.
Caller ID said "Dallas, Texas".

Funny enough. While typing this, she called again asking for the owner by name. If they call again I will try finding out the business name.
