Meanwhile, since you claim your mom has Alzheimers, you and the rest of your family should consider relieving her of her financial responsibilities. At the very least, one of you should be the mandatory "second signature" on any checks, etc. If you cannot do that within the family, you may need to see a lawyer (and a medical practitioner).
Hey folks! I have a solution for this idiot for you! I just got off the phone with ATT. They will block this idiot if you give them the number unless your phone is not compatible of blocking from their end.
