This is never done by the CRIMINAL scammers. These are NOT telemarketers calling, they are CRIMINALS. They may pretend to be legitimate representatives of a business, or charity, or political survey, but they are CRIMINALS. They only want to profit from their call, victimize whoever answers the phone and can offer you NOTHING to improve your life. Just the opposite, they can and will do harm given the opportunity. Don't answer calls from numbers you do not recognize. Remove the market.
