I got a call on Friday, the guy spoke in Spanish and he stated his name was Ricky, he said that I WAS OBLIGATED to use their service if I wanted to have my MRI done, in the past 4 years I had almost 12 Mris and I always did my own appointments, he also told me that from now on he will be in charge of my account, (honestly do not know what he was talking about because I never contacted them at all) and he will find me new doctors, NO WAY BECAUSE MINE ARE FINE SO FAR.
This company along with THE HARTFORD are scams, they want to control you and who you see, something that is personal, and at the same time I never authorize The Hartford not even sign a paper for this company to take over or even look at my papers.
