go to the FCC website file a complaint when they recieve a Notice of Violation the fine can go several Million dollars and prison time. Also sanctions can be done.
Both our landline and one cell phone got calls from this number; no message left on either one. Calls came within minutes of each other as well. We have never had any dealings with this outfit and our phones are on the Do Not Call list. I will be filing a complaint.
CID: Hennion. I've received numerous calls from them, sometimes using their original name, now this one, over many years. Originally, I informed them of my DNC listing, after they repeat called despite the fact I have never done business or had any relationship, and despite my repeated requests to be deleted from their internal lists. That was several years ago.
For at least two or more years, they place intermittent calls, like today's using a variety of numbers. We don't answer unknown callers, and will block this number, along with the others.
If you have received numerous calls from them for years, then why have you not taken any action or done anything that would have made them stop? For instance, did you file a complaint with the FTC, SEC, and/or your State Attorney General's Office? Did you send them a certified, return receipt stop calling letter which also asked for their written do not call policy that they are required to have and to furnish upon request? Did you contact an attorney and have him file a TCPA lawsuit which would have gotten you at least $500 per phone call (possibly $1,500 per call if treble damages were awarded)?
