It is NOT the IRS......it's a company called GO GREEN (per another post) and they want to save you money on your electric bill. Just call the number back and press 9 to be removed. And take care of your IRS debt.
Why are you expecting 800Notes to be the caller? 800NOTES.COM is a forum not a service. These people are most likely scammers/criminals, hiding behind a fake/inoperative phone number. Kindly take the initiative to check other entries in this and other reports on this forum and see how to combat this issue.
