Who called from 9734351456

Even after farting into the receptor and hanging up this person still calls, still have no idea what they want

Called, left no message.

They called a few times. Never left a message.

They keep calling, but whenever I answer, they hang up.  Also have Spectrum (was TWC).  Blocking the number, based on the posts here..

This person has called me 3-4 times a week for several weeks, even on the weekends and at the strangest hours. I refuse to answer, but this madness should stop. I guess it's Spectrum (as everyone else is saying), as they also recently bought out Time Warner, my ISP.
