Who called from 9734784140

The caller selling cleaning products, stating that my family was a long time customer of hers, called at 7:30AM.

This has been a 'pain' caller for a couple years now. The caller insinuates she has a relationship with the man of the house and keeps calling back over and over and over.

My husband answered a call from this number.  Lisa Bayer showed up on caller ID.  I wasn't available at the time.  He asked if he could take a message for me and she rudely said no and hung up on him.  I called her back because she called us on a Sunday and wasn't familiar with the name nor the number.  When she answered, I asked if I could get her name and she said I had the wrong number and hung up on me.

A Lisa Bayer called asking for the man of the house by name.  Wife answered.  Lisa Bayer stated that she new the husband and wanted to speak with him.  Husband was not home.  Lisa hung up.  Phone ID gave name as Lisa Bayer and number.  When we attempted to call her back,  got busy signal.

Why can't something be done about this woman?  She is harassing my elderly parents.  We are on the Do Not Call List but does not seem to matter.
