Very rude, hung up on me when I didn't allow him to talk to the boss. So I called him back repeatedly all day, hanging up when he answered. And then called him again and told him he needed to learn some western manners and it is rude to hang up on people. Commenced calling him and hanging up for the rest of the day. :D
