Caller ID identified this as "United Insurance...". When I answered it is an automated response that pretends to be a human. If you keep asking the same questions, it gets confused. Just keep asking it if it is a robot or not. My guess is this is a call center in India with a person pressing buttons with certain responses that uses an American voice. Just keep messing with them until they hang up. Maybe if we waste enough of their time, companies will stop making these calls.
This number called me with caller id saying "unknown caller". I never pick up such numbers. If that number calls few more times, I will block the number.

Never answered, nor did they leave message....also, if you don't know the ## DONT answer it, because as soon as you do , yes it is from over sea it's a scam they use your ### to make other long / oversea calls until you catch on, basically they SELL YOUR ## even if for 1 time.......
