Sirius XM Radio is the caller. I called and told them take me off your call list or I will get a petition of signatures of harassment calls and send it to the FCC. Just FYI for anyone else getting calls from them
If you are or were a subscriber, they are allowed to make sales calls for up to 18 months after your subscription ends before having to screen against the DNC list. Also, one answered sales call per day most likely does not meet the legal criteria for claiming harassment. However, now that you have told them to stop making sales calls, you may be able to take action if the calls continue. Make sure you make a written record of when you told them to remove you from their sales calls list.
