I never answer a call from a phone number that I don't recognize, but if they are indeed one of these Indian scam "pharmacies" I am sorry to inform you that if you have never placed an order with them, someone using your phone number surely has...and that goes for me too
Very strong Indian accent. Claims to be able to illegally sell prescitpion drugs without a legal prescription specifically Viagra or anything that I want as long as I give him my credit card number. Obviosuly this is a scam but there must a ton of dumb people who fall for this because by the sounds in the background there are plenty of people in a call center doing this. I personally have received many of these calls from different numbers but all following the same script. I sometimes I mess with them, sometimes I just hang up, sometimes I just mute the call to waste their time for a bit without wasting mine until they figure out they should hang up.
Good job, Ether! I love it! If only we could bait the owners of the telemarketing sweatshops and waste their time instead of the poor slaves that are torturing us for the crust of bread thrown their way by the greedy, sleazy owners of the sweatshops...
Total Creeps! Two different guys, called me, after telling them no I was not interested they began to ask me personal questions and telling me how pretty my voice sounded and if I had a boyfriend and requested my Facebook account info so we could connect and become
Friends. After than receiving a personal text message I blocked the number ... the next day one of the guys called my blocked asking me personal questions, like we were friends or trying to date! Complete weirdo's never mentioned much about selling me anything though!
