This comes up as So. Hamilton, MA on caller ID. Tried blocking it, but they keep switching the last four digits of the number. Leaves message about a recent bill passed in congress that will lower my electric rate permanently. This call is a scam. They've called my number and left messages about 50 times already. You'd think they'd give up if it never gets answered.
Scammers got another spoofed number they just started using... They also call from 978-233-3797, 978-233-3799, 978-233-3803, 978-233-3801 with their electric bill SCAM. There is always South Hamilt, MA on caller ID. They leave a stupid cropped robo message in a one word female voice. I wish they will drop dead.
